Outside of the therapy room, Marissa loves pilates, hiking, concerts, traveling, spending quality time with her husband, friends, and her maltipoo. She loves her job and feels so fortunate to have first handedly experienced the power of therapy when she needed it- struggling with anxiety and depression in her early twenties.
In our work together, you'll gain the tools to:

Tolerate discomfort and use it as a guide
Break cycles that no longer serve you (and introduce new ones that will!!)

How do I get started?
Simply contact Marissa by calling or emailing using the information provided below. We can set up a complimentary 15 minute consult to answer any questions. Once your initial intake appointment is scheduled, you will receive an invitation to create an online profile to fill out paperwork that is submitted electronically. This paperwork must be completed before your first session.
Do you take insurance?
At this time, I am a self-pay provider and do not accept insurance. This allows me to offer personalized care without the restrictions that often come with insurance plans. Payment is due at the time of service, and I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request if you would like to seek potential reimbursement from your insurance provider. Although we advise contacting your insurance company to inquire, please feel free to reach out with any questions about fees or the reimbursement process—I’m here to help. Therapy is often HSA and FSA eligible. Payment accepted via credit or debit card. Session Rates 60 minute intake session: $159 50 minute following sessions: $149

The intake session is our opportunity to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your goals, your personal history, and the issues you're currently facing. If it feels like a good fit for both of us, we’ll go ahead and schedule future sessions to secure your preferred day and time.

In person or virtually via our HIPAA compliant platform. My office is open Monday-Friday and I offer flexible hours.
